How can I track my order?

You can check the status of your order and track the delivery at any time with the tracking number we sent you. 

Can I cancel my order ?

After you receive an e-mail confirmation of your order, it will not be possible to cancel or modify it. Once your order is received, you can return the items and be refunded. The return shipping costs are in your charge.

What is the delivery time ?

Orders are delivered within 3 to 5 working days. You will receive an email with the tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped.

How to return an item ?

You have 14 days to return the item in its original condition once you receive your order. Please make sure that all labels are attached. If not, we will not be able to accept the returned goods or give you a refund. Return shipping fees are at your own expenses.

Can I exchange an item?

We only exchange items if they have a manufacturing defect or if the size does not correspond to the one ordered.

Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email if the return falls within our return policy. After receiving this e-mail, the refund will be made within 15 days to the payment method used for the order.
